During the summer of 2014, both Water Tiger’s studio location and business office location moved. June 30, 2014 At the time Water Tiger made the initial announcement, we did not know what the new business office location would be. We were able to report the new studio location in the 112 Commons at Route 112 and Greenport Avenue in Medford: 2030 Route 112 Medford, NY 11763-3644 (USA) We were happy to announce that neither move would change our program’s schedule or pricing and that the parking issues we’d been experiencing in the Village of Patchogue would no longer be a factor. We knew the parking lot at the 112 Commons would provide ample parking for all the businesses of the property. July 2, 2014 It wasn’t long before the dates of the studio move were set. After being with our landlords, Suffolk Aikikai, at 29 South Ocean Avenue in Patchogue since November 2001, we knew both programs would be moving to Medford over the last weekend of the month, July 25 – 27, 2014, and that Water Tiger’s first classes in the new space would be held on Tuesday, July 29. The new business office location remained undetermined. August 3, 2014 A little over a month unfolded in our new Medford studio location and we were finally able to announce our business office move. From what had been our base-of-operations in Patchogue since Water Tiger came to Long Island from Des Moines, Iowa, in July 2000, we would be calling Central Islip home. August 10, 2014 Water Tiger’s new mailing address was published when the move was completed: 321 Medea Way Central Islip, NY 11722-4541 (USA) |
